From officer(s) at PLARD to Budget store to JICA volunteers....I got a chance to be busying remembering the Japanese writing of new friends names and their pronounciations.......all are fun people to be with.
I kept on visiting PLARD office and know more officers there; Budget change managers - Zu to manage Mansa store, Ke to Kasama to replace the manager there who's term is up; Zang is from Lusaka office to take the managers around and see the transitions done in both locations. It is the same time as I was to be there for Children's Nutrition workshop, We planned to meet in Kasama after my workshop.
Sunday 3/20 Ke, Zang and Zu took me to Lake Samfya and we had boat ride for an hour or so....sturdy wind, but none of any boat on the lake has sails........they should develope small wind power equipments for home use too....
On the way to Kasama 3/22, Maki San's JICA volunteer friends from Lusaka visited Takashi san in Mansa and Tsuyoshi san in Samfya, the bus picked them up from Samfya.....cute bunches.
