Thank God that I have Carmen and Mark always open their home to share.....besides Marton was to make Hungarian dish for dinner Saturday night.....another two DAPP volunteers from Lusaka province were visiting too...I went over after taking another rain-check from my villagers that "We will have all ponds finished tomorrow and you can prepare to cook for our dinner tomorrow." "Yeah, right. Not 100% completion, no dinner."
Out side of my usual bedroom, there were this couple birds making the nest....they move so fast and hard to have a good picture.......
Marton was making dinner......from the day light.......
with Bregitta's help cutting ingredients....
and Helenna cutting potatoes........
Until under the full moon shinning up high on the Lake Bangweulu......
"19:59" Marton said, "It is done."
"on the table by 20:00........."
"First thing first, the traditional way that my father...... "
All were patiently waited.......
Finaly we actually got to taste this delicious "Gulash" (sorry, not knowing how to spill it) and eat till the fullest of our tummy .....It was that good!!!
Another wonderful evening with wonderful friends and delicious food at Carmen and Mark's and Nala and Lilly's home........Thanks to all and everyone for the great time together.
