May 25th - Ba-ti Hai

Leaving Zhang minority going into the Naxi minority area......
more yaks than cattle here.....
It was a raining day like back in Seattle weather.......
I can see about 40% of rodidandrians were out.....less azalea here......
Yak is an animal with all good things in and out of them.....from their hair, hives, horns, hooves, bones, meat, to they work in hush condition while they are alive........
The inland area, they called any large lake "hai" (ocean) this one was "Ba-ti-hai".  We had been pressed to buy oxygen can for its elevation was at about 3800 meter, but mine and Hau's were not been used the whole trip we hiked up and back, only a short way in the whole park, for the time allowed.

this was only part of the park we hiked on the nice boarded trail.
Less than 40% of rodies were out.......

Yaks in the distance and closer by.....

a mama and baby time that was disturbed by our passing by.....
Chick monk was begging for food same as all those in WA mountains.

Back in parking lot, this nice girl's mom asked if I can be in picture with their daughter.....
Not only a picture with their daughter, I want a picture with the girl's parents too.  They were from He-Nan Province.
How nice for a daughter to treat her parents for this trip that I had shared.
Sincerely wishing them this happiness forever.
Rest of the day, half way towards Yulong Glacier, we were led to a jade and silver shopping mall and got left there for a long time...... Sort of, and got accused that we had looked down on his service that day that we did not purchased much enough for him to collect commissions on what we could have purchased....
for that was the only pay he can have from us.

I don't understand why the tour company didn't charge on the trip enough to begin with???
And why their guides can't take tips from tourists???

This is never heard of and never seen in any other countries those I have traveled.
Well, whatever it was, let be it was......
