New year's work was all bright and shin....the older farmers were able to converse in English more than the age group of 20 to 50.....that said the public school system was going down hill after the independence......Than my counterpart and I came to Lusaka for 1 week training together and PCVs stay for another week more......Cheng 1/18/2011
